Wow your so lucky, but why would it have some blades in used condition if the fan in NIB. It it used? You cannot imagine how I envy you to have parents that EVEN gives you a ceiling fan as a Christmas present.

The blades and anything else in the box is not used. I was saying that it probably wasn't up to standards at Hunter and that's why it was sent to Tuesday Morning instead of one of the hardware stores here. The one blade was probably just a manufacturing flaw.

Bad ass man I wanted my parents to put one in our living room at our old house but my dad he didn't like it. He got the BB Hunter Original instead. At that time Home Depot was getting of them for a 100 bucks. I still hate that you have to use those stupid little bulbs for it.

Beautiful fan! Runs much quieter than you WF Series. Usually ornate fans it not my cup of tea but still much more than modern/contemporary fans. The tassel pull chains that you took from you Moss WF Series fits really well with the fan. Its amazing that they still sells fans like that today. It looks like the kind of fan that you would have got in the 80s. Its weird with Hunter fans we always see them with different pull chains ends. What are the regular pulls for Hunters? Like for example Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, Emerson and Casablanca have those oval metal ones with their name on it.

There's a few new Hunters at my Tuesday Morning. I should check it out. I love the tassels on it. It matches the fan really well.
I was just over my aunt's house with the WF series. Her bearings make noise too. Moss probably didn't use quality bearings on their fans.

Yes Jeremy, my fan is pretty heavy.
I think Hunter should include tassels with the Covent Garden and Art Nouveau because they fit so well.
And Jean, to answer your question, Hunters don't come with special pullchains, they come with a little piece of plastic that's like a pullchain connector. They expect you to buy the type of pullchain you like. I'll take a pic of the connector right now, and be back in like 15 minutes.

Here Jean, it's not a great picture, but anyways, every Hunter I've seen has had one of these on them. My Art Nouveau only came with one, I think you only get one per fan, even if it has a light.
