So I went over to the West Palm Beach Habitat and a Ornate Sears / Lasko is there priced high.. I asked the woman if she could go down she said no.. Then I pointed out to her how the other locations are much cheaper, and I explain all the locations and then she comes up with well we only deal with two locations, I then explained to her, so what does that have to do with anything? they are all Habitats.. So she calls the other west palm beach location and asks how much are brass ceiling fans, she says &75 to $100 I said ya right.. She probably didn't even have anyone on the phone.. I said to her the next time I buy a ceiling fan from that place I'll save the receipt just to bring it in and show you... I like how rude these people get especially when you point out there high prices and then they have to play a game, and for what?
I don't think it has the original blades and it looks to be missing the ornate badges unless they are installed upside down.. I walked out not buying it of course..

People and customer 'service' never fail to amaze.. I work with a lot of people at my job, and some of them are just so rude.. I doubt she called anyone either,, more often than not people say things just to say them, whether or not they're right.. Ridiculous

Man that habitat is just the worst man...hate that they over price everything and the originals (on the sales floor) are not for sale -__-"

Those 90s Originals are a dime a dozen, they could sit there for another 10 years for all I care, it's not like I'm going to buy them.. Hell, I would not take them if they decided to give them to me.. I'm looking for more rare stuff you don't see all the time like early chunky GE vent stuff (Casablanca Zephyr) I'd take those over an Original any day.. Also any early Emersons which there is alot of rare stuff from Emerson made in the 70s.. Hunter doesn't have much in the "Rare" department.. Besides those at that Habitat are in bad shape and have been painted by an armature artist.. That's enough to turn my nose away from anything..

You could resell them on eBay for a lot more than you'd ever get for a Zephyr or anything else GE vent except for an actual GE.

I don't have the time to sell them on eBay.. And I know they are worth more than any GE vent fan.. That doesn't mean I should like them more then other fans...

You could resell them on eBay for a lot more than you'd ever get for a Zephyr or anything else GE vent except for an actual GE. there are a few rare one made by Hunter like the 1930's original, archive original, the 2nd century original and Art Deco originals to name a few. Just its so hard to find them because they were madein Limited numbers for a few years or so. And then there originals with rare finishes such as teracotta and gun metal.
