Stuff this month: Sightings: Codep 5 blade GEV motor: Craftmade Designer, I think it was in brass/copper Some 52" Spinner, Ideas to what it is? Hunter 48" Summer Breeze: Early Hampton Bay Landmark: Now for the finds: It turns out that the 3 NuTone Elegance fans did have the blades, they were in a box out of sight. So we got 2 of them, one for each of us. They are all complete. The 3rd fan is missing the Mounting bracket, some screws, and a blade arm. I also got a Hampton Bay Grayton, since it is a childhood fan of mine: Has everything except the mounting bracket. I also picked up 2 sets of NuTone Blades along with a mounting bracket to finally make my gulf Coast Sea Breeze complete. Pics to come later of the blades and my fans cleaned up.

The spinner is a TAT... I'd get it if I were you.

Nice grabs on the Nutones, and Andrew is right with TAT.

That Codep appears to be a Moss relabel...

That Codep appears to be a Moss relabel... It's not, they just used Moss style canopies for a short time. Everything else on it is strictly Codep, down to the motor.

Here is the Grayton cleaned up: Here is the Elegance cleaned up: And the NuTone blades. To the right are a set of 2 Emerson brackets. Who knows where the other 2 went to. Or the rest of the fan for that matter. I'll hang the fans up tomorrow.

I could use those short Nutone blades.
Adam, you like that Codep?

I thought other companies made fans for them? Well they probably did, I don't know all that much about Codep, but I recognize the motor inside that one as being a Codep labeled product, Moss motors of that period are a different style.

My Moss heirloom olympus has the same motor... Also, look familiar?

I immediately thought of your Windsong when I saw the one here. It's always a reference point when I see a Codep with Moss parts. I never thought the two were related though, I've never come across any Mosses that had that motor in it, but I stand corrected if you say there were.

I've seen plenty of Codeps with the Moss canopy, I've also seen a few Mosses with the CEC/Codep style pancake motor. The former is way more common.
