well... i'll keep for sure the 4 others fans, it one isn't working... i will rethink about my decision... i don't have a lot of place in store for 5 mores fans, i will probably have to scrapp one, but i'Ll see...
i want to scrapp the black one, because it's from '89. the style has changed a lot since the early 90's... i know it by experience... people are not interest with ceiling fans that looks old... but i'll see...

More nice finds. I'd recommend against scrapping that last fan; just replace the pull chain (or hardwire it like Cole said), and I bet someone would buy it.

i've test today 5 wonderful ceiling fans... No noises, no anything... pictures to come,
by the way, for the black one... before i hang them on my rack, i test them on the floor, i want to see if they work. so i was doing that, and a guy ask if it was for sale, i said yes. and i put on it a ''working'' sticker. this is why i have only one picture of it!

sightings of the week. my storage. the pb nadair the banvil. the pictures of the pull chains speak by themselves... forward. speed low med high. off. reverse. speeds. off. its very crazy... it's not traditionnal. want to keep this one as my summer fan, i will probably go this afternoon, if i found it... today i've lost it, in the stock who need a price. the little fan, the sticker on top said it's a nadair. small motor. the canarm, 1989 the last one. from 89 before i hang the fans on my rack, i test them on the floor, i want to see if they work. so i was doing that, and a guy ask if it was for sale, i said yes. and i put on it a ''working'' sticker. this is why i have only one picture of it!

Is that a TV stand that these fans are hanging off of?
I like that light kit (last pic).

Glad everyone's okay, broken glass can be nasty... Reminds me a bit of when my shelf that stores most of my globes collapsed about a month ago, I lost lots of glass that isn't easy to replace. Ohhh we never knew about that. Sad.

i will post sightings of the week tommorrow. but this night, i want to post the picture... Of my accident with the fan, the light kit was hanging by the wires, i've test it, they were safe to not fall... so i was on the floor to pick up one of the screw who was on the floor, so... TTTOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW..... the light kit fall, and explose on the floor... i'm ok, i was next to it. here is the pictures, i've sell the fan... for 15$ When you unscrewed the light kit of the switch housing you should not have left any bulbs and shades on the fitter if you ant to leave it hanging by wires.

preview of a new fan... I like this fan. I'd paint it a different color, but I like the motor housing. I would imagine that without really tightening the TV stand, it would drag with the weight of the fan. Right?

good morning! here are the sightings of the week, be happy i've more than 40 pictures... lol. so, first of all, i've made a ''original'' way to show ''originals'' i'm not sure if you saw it... but i've refound one of my magazine with 4 pages about ceiling fans, so here are somes pictures, got a nadair a canarm high-lite a commodore vanderbilt (yah, they were sold in canada) and a IT control. secondo my new ''baby'', emerson catalog. it's emerson, and tommy bahama in one. i'm waiting for the consumer catalog ( the small one ) a nadair light, the viento collection! the light wasn't in a box i've got a nadair ceiling fan, it was yellowed... but yellowed! the light was orange... and it was woobling. i've scrapped it. i've got the box of an harbor breeze tahoe ceiling fan. the lighted housing hugger (the one that i've scrapp the light shades..) Whoa I never saw that Nadair bare spinner with the 5 blades mounted on the edge of the motor with such short brackets. I already saw the version with longer brackets mounted in the middle fo the motor. I already saw that 42'' Nadair with the Palisades brackets but I don't know how its called and I don't remember seeing it sold at the display of Réno-Dépot. We don't have Lowe's in Québec yet. That Harbor Breeze fan must have been bought in Ontario. I don't recognized that crystal lighted housing hugger. Was there any brand or sticker on it? And were the blades repainted or its supposed to be that color?
